A WARM WELCOME TO DR MARY KELLY


The Joint IAHCP Council and General Committee Members are very happy to welcome back Dr Mary Kelly, who has been off duty a very long Compassion Leave since December 2018.  During the Joint Council and General Committee meeting of 14 August 2020, the Chair of the Joint Council, Professor William Jackson expressed his gratitude on behalf of all the Council and Committee Members about the excellent work that Dr Mary Kelly has been doing for the Joint Collaborating Associations and Academies for over 30 years.  Dr Mary Kelly who was also present at the meeting thanked the Council, Committee and all the Members of the joint Associations and Academies for all their help, kindness and understanding during her long compassion leave, and she said that looks forwarding to leading in all the projects she had been doing globally in healthcare issues and educational matters, including updating and expanding the international events and conferences for the Joint Collaborating Organisations worldwide.

Medical Practice in Developing Countries Projects


Medical Practice and Education in Developing Countries Team members have agreed to expand their international operations further to involving dealing with the coronavirus (COVID 19) pandemic from September 2020.  The team which is being led by Dr Mary Kelly, who has recently returned back to work from a long compassionate leave will start their work in the contents of Africa, Asia and some parts of the Oceania regions. The Council and Committee members have approved the funding for the various projects in these regions.  Members of the Joint Collaborating Associations and Academies who are jointly working on the projects are very happy to welcome Dr Mary Kelly back as their leader!
